No experience necessary! We take first - timers down every day. Whitewater rafting is a physical sport, paddling is a must. Getting wet is a part of participating in whitewater rafting. We run trips rain or shine.

If it's raining, you're lucky because the river will be coming up! Trips run 7 days a week, March-November depending on interest.

Our Nolichucky Outpost
Our riverside basecamp is located on 50 acres at the base of the "Devils Looking Glass" adjacent to the Cherokee National Forest. You can pitch your tent for $4.00 per person per night or you can try our primitive cabins or overnight getaway packages. There are hot shower facilities as well as barbecue pits and picnic tables. It's only 30 minutes to the put-in. At high water we can float right to the outpost. At lower water levels we are only minutes from the take out.

Riverside Basecamp Escapes
Our Upper Nolichucky trip can be combined with an overnight stay at the base camp in one of our rustic cabins, and meals for an overnight getaway package. You can also add another trip the second day if you wish. You can choose between the "basic" option with bunkhouse style lodging and a spaghetti dinner and the "deluxe" option with a bit more privacy and a steak dinner.

The Package includes lodging the night before your trip and the night of. Breakfast before your trip, lunch during and dinner after. You also get breakfast the next day before you set off for your trip or ride home.
